★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Samsung washing and dryer combo machine from an employee named Pradeep here last boxingday.
The dryer function is important to me, so I checked with the staff several times and the staff said it was just like a normal cloth dryer.
However, as a result of using it myself, I couldn't dry very few clothes for more than two hours.
I turned on the wash,rince,spin,dry pull function for over 7 hours, and eventually my children's clothes were discolored.
I called the store and went to the store and asked the employee (Pradeep) for an exchange or refund, but he brought the manager (Tony) and talked to my face as if they knew the features of a product they had never used before, so it was very unpleasant (the key chain) Turning round and round).
Although the store's employees do not know about the functions of all items, isn't it wrong to injure consumers by pretending to know something they are not sure about?
It has been three weeks since the claim was made, but Noel Leeming has handed over the responsibility to Sumsung, and I am only repeating Samsung's engineer's appointment, cancellation, call service, and no answer.
If you are planning to buy from this store, please do not buy anything you are not sure about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible just terrible. the customer service is terrible and I think the sales person is just straight up lying. I went there to get what i wanted, the person assisted us when they did not even know anything about the product, i wanted a bose soundbar 700 and he said that it included the soundbar with 2 surround sound speakers and a subwoofer but it turned out that i only included the sound bar he just vanished when we were listening to the audio quality and we had to someone else came and assisted us for 1 second before they decided to leave as well. i did not have much time but when we wanted to leave the store the second person just decided to finally tell someone else to assist us. we heard there was only 1 stock left for the sound bar and the third person immediately recommended to us the bose soundbar 900 model one which was 500 dollar more expensive. I did not want the product so I just told him and left before leaving he gave me his contact so i can call him if i want the 900 model and so i decided around 7 minutes later when i left the store to call him saying that i dont think the 900 model is worth it to me and ill just take the 700 but he said it was gone and it was out of production? I told him that i was in the store 7 minutes ago and there was still a stock left but he told me no and just told me to buy the 900 model. what....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience returning a faulty Panasonic microwave within its warranty period. Refused to refund, ‘repair’ took 1 month the first time and didn’t fix the problem. Then they took it for another month only to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the microwave (despite me showing them a video of it not working). Then I had to argue for an hour with the manager before they granted me a refund. Would recommend never shopping at Noel Leeming. Wasted hours of my life and forced me to spend 2 months without a microwave waiting to hear. Store doesn’t answer their phone ever, ignores emails and doesn’t follow things up when you come to the store in person. Absolute garbage company. They flout their responsibilities under the consumer guarantees act and show no respect for loyal customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy TV . Had cash to spend .we had to call over a staff member for assistance who was more interested in cleaning shelves with his spray bottle and cloth than to help us. Couldnt answer simple questions eg "how much is this tv in 49 inch model"? As price displayed was for the 65 inch model. Started telling us about pixels and other random stuff. Asked about a discount emergency services association discount. I may as well have been speaking another language . Couldn't work that one out.
I wouldn't waste my time here unless you know what you want and they have that item on sale.
We ended up going to Harvey Norman and had great service there.

Their return policy is disgusting. I literally spent an hour waiting to see if I could return a pair of earbuds that I’ve owned for literally 2 days just to be told they’d have to send them away for 2 weeks! And even then a refund wasn’t guaranteed.
Now I have to try and sell them, will never buy from them again that’s for sure.
PS: this is a review for the store and manager, the girl that helped me out was actually great about the whole thing.

Have had strange experiences where stock that shows as available online is not there.
I really only go here to grab something basic, and because it is close to home for me. You have to serve yourself unless perhaps you are lucky enough to find a staff member who is actually awake.
Should say I have had occasional really good service here. But 75% of the time you have to actively manage the staff.
