There was no clear instructions, people everywhere, it was confusing, didn't know where to line up, only one man on the door clearly over whelmed. Very inefficient. Did not feel safe precautions were in place. No I. D request to verify who I was. No emailed instructions on how to pick up my order. Would have thought the warehouse would have an effective efficient system in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I try to call through. No one answers. It’s always so frustrating when you provide a service for customers to call but the service is never available ever. The amount of times The Warehouse anywhere in general has been told over and over about their poor services, you think after how many years they would learn. Amount of complaints they get. Nope they don’t. Only reason why they don’t care nor want to make better changes is because people will continue to shop at the warehouse no matter how pathetic the services are. You wonder why people are going crazy these days and abusing staff members etc.
Now I have to drive all the way to The Warehouse to ask a question when it could be done via phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New branch opened here at Lunn Ave. It's clean and tidy with different departments such as gardena and stationery - just like a Warehouse Extra offers more good and services. The stock here is better than some other branches. Will visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would really appreciate if you could update your store hours via phone voicemail during level 3 dont say you are open till 10pm when you are not! I assume it is not very hard to quickly update your systems as a large franchise, also have tried calling multiple times during the day and no one answers the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail or for a call back. We have driven all the way here to pick up a click an collect confirmed at 6:50pm due to your misleading information! Very unhappy! Wont be using this branch again in the future.
