★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience. Needed to exchange a pair of boots that were faulty and was accused of wearing them first as white soles were slightly grubby. In actual fact all of the shoes in store with white soles are slightly dirty due to the filthy state of the shop floors. Last time I shop here. Absolutely disgusted by how I was treated.
