★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would rate it higher if the staff were a bit more approachable. I could hear all these conversations while waiting to be served and you can tell which staff members were genuinely caring towards customers and which ones were "pitching daydreams" for sales.
Outside of that, store was nice and they had a good balance of variety of stock either available outright or available online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I walk in this noel leeming, I get bombarded with sales consultants trying to pitch to me why I should but X product I just started looking at. No I don't want to buy your overpriced things I can get cheaper elsewhere. Please stop harassing customers when they just walked in. If I want help I'll come to you. This is the worst way to get sales. And I used to work at noel leeming 7 years ago!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service - HDMI adapter broke on third use and they refused to refund which I've since learned is a breach of Consumer Guarantees Act. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of Apple earphones here, a few months later, one of the earbuds stopped working. Returned them to the store to see if they could do a store credit etc, I was told as this product was bought more than a month ago, it wasn't covered.
When I buy an electronics product, I expect it to work for more than a month (I didn't get them wet or anything, they actually stopped working as I was using them). I actually was hoping they could credit the value towards a more expensive replacement so they would have done pretty well out of me. As it is, I will probably never shop here again based on this experience.

All the staff knows what they doing and understand tech more than Vodafone or Spark people.
The only downfall is that there can be a long waiting period due to lack of staff and lots of customers in peak hours.
Otherwise this place is great..lots of varieties of product and lots of option to choose from.
