★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING__ SPEND $$$ AT OWN RISK!!
Hotbox and satay chicken is my favourite but its not the same anymore, well not for this LOWERHUTT STORE!. Its more like having tomato flavour soup with noodles. Wellington store still makes it the way i remembered. Lowerhutt serves watery tasteless versions of what this franchise is supposed to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We ordered fried rice (30) and honey chicken (32) came with half cooked rice and meat had skins and tasteless. Lol no vegetables. Very rude and poor customer service. There was an hour wait to get my order done and yet its half cooked.
Rubbish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a noodle lover, I love noodles. Noodles can be long and thick while others are a bit skinny. Some are even flat but like who cares, they're all pretty good. Rice is even kind of like a really short noodle if you think about it. I always get the Hot Box from here, but while it is indeed hot it doesn't actually come in a box. 40/40

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery order arrived incomplete. Rang delivery driver who advises ring merchant. Rand noodle canteen and spoke to a simple minded limited English speaking woman who could only say “No order complete”. Lady if my order was complete I would be busy eating.- wouldn’t be calling you. Poor customer service would be an understatement. Try to have English speaking staff answering the phone not some half Wit only able to say “No order complete” definitely huge achievement to memorise this line. But the not answering subsequent phone calls and disconnecting phone shows your poor customer service skills. FYI NO ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE. Please get your employee some English lessons so they understand the next part - “ MY ORDER HAS MISSING ITEMS”. Best wishes for the future for maintaining a buskers in an English speaking country with staff who speak limited English answering the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people working there they are very friendly, they have a lot of good selection of vegetarian options. So you have nothing to worry about if you are vegetarian. Their prices are very fair. It doesn’t take them long cook your noodles. You always find a park outside so there is no problem there .

For the same reason I removed stars.
because we customers pay first for good customer service and second for something that delights our palate (food).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got delivered the honey chicken noodle from lower-hutt store. The "chicken" was so fried it was only batter. I had no meat at all. This is the worst meal I've ever had with them. $17.50 down the drain. Disappointed, dissatisfied.
