★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store's click and collect system is absolutely ridiculous. Pre ordered online to make sure one's we get there, order will be served. However, after waiting, we noticed that all instore orders were served, and the one's arrived late but not the click and collect. They said they can't see it in the system yet, still on queue everytime we follow up. They all can't do anything. So we come up with our own solution to order in store because we waited almost an hour. We asked the manager if she can cancel our order online,and get a refund and she was able to do that then we reordered in store. She let the counter person process reordering and just walk away, never apologized or even prioritize us as we were waiting ahead , instead let us queue again at their instore orders (basically faster than online order though). Never coming back! Poor customer service, worst system. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this store on the odd occasions and it's been okay typical of most KFC stores, but this time I was disappointed with what I brought the chips weren't freshly cooked and they weren't very nice. I would go back again and hopefully it will be better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter what u specify they will give u whatever you goanna get, food however is still good and fresh, well cooked and prepared so still get a 3 ?.
If only they would give u the extra seasoning instead of none or when you ask for more thighs in it and they go out of there way to give you just 2 in the whole family pack LOL ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered large chips, only got a small. The breast fillets in the burgers are very small. The service was super super slow. The only reason I gave 1 star is because for once they seasoned the chips!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very untidy store. Boxes of supplies left lying around. A staff member hollering out order numbers and thrusting a bag at you. Nobody cleaning the lobby it seems for the entire night. The food however was great and really fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best store I've been to in a while. Staff were friendly and willing to help with anything we needed and weren't to busy to help. Chicken came out within 5-10 mins of ordering and it was crispy and juicy. The chips were fresh and well seasoned. Thats all we ask for as KFC customers and we were satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11:15pm in drive through only 4 cars in front and waited 30 Minutes till I received order, workers were busy cleaning the restaurant instead of serving customers as one poor worker was dealt with receiving orders and preparing meals. Slack service not asking for much in return.
