About Noodle Canteen
Noodles have a long and important history with Asia and as a staple food in many parts of the world for at least 2000 years. The earliest recorded example being an incredible 4,000 year old bowl of noodles unearthed in China.
Noodles come from a variety of origins, but wherever they have found a home, noodles have maintained their popularity over centuries due to their nature of being relatively cheap to produce, nutritious and filling, quick to prepare either hot or cold and their ability to be easily transported and stored for up to years at a time.
Noodles are more commonly made from wheat flour but can also be created from rice flour or mung bean starch. The dough for wheat flour based noodles is typically wheat flour, salt, water, with the addition of eggs or lye depending on the desired texture and taste of the noodles.
People from all walks of life love eating noodles due to it's nature as a nutritious and balanced meal. To the Chinese, noodles symbolize longevity and can be used in festivals and given to mothers or elderly people as gifts on their birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely clean environment. They make consistently delicious food and very fresh produce is used. The food is prepared in front of the customers so you can see they aren't hiding anything. It's amazing to watch the speed and skill of the cooks preparing the food. Wide variety of options on the menu, something for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in Fielding Town centre, this establishment serves a wide range of Asian dishes. Have gone through most of the menu now, and all I can say is delicious. The food is excellent and service is fast. It is also very clean and tidy as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No point paying for extra meat you don't get extra. Asked for no tofu clearly states on the docket no tofu..... meal full of tofu. Not even joking more tofu than actual seafood (of which I paid extra for). Just annoying. Happens every time. Don't think I'll bother again.
