★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is unacceptable I find this very rude of them not to take care of me I work so hard and make lots of money and they want to take all my money away from me the manager wasn't even helpful. Not acceptable as a customer I expect better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very helpful with near zero problems re. getting referrals when asked for, plus I recently needed references about my current medical issues. Hillary is a lovely lady willing to spend whatever time is needed with no rushing at all. She listens really well & also seems to have no preconceived ideas or prejudices. I am very happy here & would recommend this practice- particularly Doctor Hillary Gray !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless Doctors. Had to get a simple form signed by a doctor. Said they should get around to it within the day. Never did. Ruined a once in a life time opportunity. Definitely not my GP anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt discrimination for the first time in my life.
I arrived at the place, and no one opened the door for me, I was knocking the door, but I had to wait until one patient was leaving to get access.
When I said that I was new in the area and that I wanted to enrol there to have a GP, the receptionist told me that they are not taking more clients because the doctors are to their full capacity. When I asked if that happens every day she did not reply, and she recommended me to go to others medical centres. When I asked ( because I am new here ) if she can provide me with the name of other places, she said: "there are plenty of them".
Really? I know that there are plenty of them, you need to be so clever to give that information.
Anyway, Horrible information/reception service.
I cannot say anything about the doctors, but for sure, if they have that staff at the main entrance, their service is going to be "noticed" soon. Probably I should put a complaint to the ministry of health.

When Murray left I was guttered as he was an amazing GP but I've seen Hillary twice since and cant recommend her enough!
Also Bethany at reception...always cheerful and welcoming.
The staff have all done exceptionally well during Covid to keep enrolled patients safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so upset by the service I have received from north Avon. My 1year old son needs to see the doctor can't see because only doing phone consultations but when I said my phone does not accept private numbers they said nothing they can do. So my 1year old son does not get a doctor's appointment because they can't call from a different number I am disgraced and will be by taking my whole family out of the doctors.
In the past I have also been left out on the curb for over half an HR while pregnant because they were so far behind. Not great service from a health care provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and myself have been looked after by North Avon Medical Center for many many years. Firstly by Murray Smith for many years, great man, now I see Oliver Satchell. Another great man , extremely caring ,takes time to make sure I'm ok and thorough. Genuinely cares and I'm very grateful to see have another fabulous Doctor. The nurses are fabulous and the receptionists, Moya and Bethany,there's another lovely lady there too but I cannot remember her name right now, are wonderful and always happy to see you and always have a smile. All the staff work extremely hard and take pride in caring for their patients. The surgery has grown from strength to strength over the years and it's been wonderful to see. Highly recommend !
