★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous people! We walked in one afternoon and found an amazing lounge suite which was exactly what we were looking for! We spoke to the staff and managed to arrange delivery. The delivery guys were great, especially the young guy with the red hat. They did an awesome job of getting the suite inside with the obstacle course of a deck to get through. Fantastic work guys! Will definitely shop at the Hospice Whangarei again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool store, building they are housed in use to be a cash converters shop in the day. I visit often when passing through but have to say their DVD's are expensive if you are looking for that type of thing, more expensive than Auckland's hospice shops and sometimes more expensive than jb hifi. And they plaster their sticker prices all over x 3 on DVDs why? I think I should be sending them a bill to clean off their stickers they use, can I? Took me ages to remove 3 stickers, so annoying and cello tape galore. Stop putting on so much stickers!! I bought a set of a tv show for 80 bucks so you can imagine how many price stickers on that. I’m still taking off stickers. My suggestion is do what we do in Auckland, have a set price for dvds and if there is more than one dvd, just have a tag saying X 2 disc etc and charge accordingly.

Always has huge range of anything with good price for sure..
Been here couples times and always happy with what I have found.. :-)
Also, the lady in the counter was super kind..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my partner and bought some stuffs. The lady who served us was discriminating. I paid for the stuffs with my own card and she cheekily remarked that it's good that my partner gave me his card. We were in a hurry for a couple of the stuffs did not fit in my car so she want to have the details of my partner. I told her I could write it for him since he's busy putting the stuffs in the car. But no, she stopped him in the middle of carrying stuffs and let him write his name. Outrageous!
Well, FYI, It's my own money and my own car as well. Will not come back. Will never allow to be insulted again.
