β β β β β I hope this hidden gem takes off in Henderson, I've been looking for North Chinese food for so long and have finally found it. When you think of Chinese food you might be used to Southern Chinese (think egg fu yong, sweet & sour pork) but this is authentic North Chinese food which I'd argue is the best cuisine in the world. They have an amazing BBQ section, with heavenly smoked meats, veges and tofus on skewers with spicy, flavoursome cumin that will blow your mind . Anything on the menu won't disappoint but promise me you'll try one of their eggplant dishes and it will make you wonder how we do cooking so wrong! Thankyou Auntie and chefs, until next time.

β β β β β The picture says it all - nothing left on the plates because it's all so phenomenal, fried eggplant and BBQ chives are so good. As a vegetarian I am amazed at how much variety and flavors come with the numerous vege friendly options. This place goes hard!
