★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience trying to get in contact with this business. I ordered some items not realising they were overpriced and tried searching for any cancellation policy in their website and they had 0 information on anything. I emailed them straight away on the same day (Sunday) and did not hear back until Thursday after I sent them 4 emails. They completely ignored my request to cancel my order and claimed they NEVER RECEIVED my emails even though they were REPLYING to the chain of emails I had sent them. Its 2020, you can't pretend you didn't receive an email when in reality you're just CHOOSING to ignore it. I sent them screenshots and everything and they still refused to do anything. 100% NEVER buying from there again. Save your money and patience for better local business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude customer service and a negative environment, i took my niece to do her hair there and idk what the issue was but the girl and her mum or whoever were constantly giving dirty looks to us. They acted like we came in demanding service on the spot, like we didn’t make an appt days in advance and we even showed up early to be considerate.. we didn’t rush them we waited for them to open shop whilst we sat in the car and then gave them a couple minutes to set up before going in. Once we went in i mentioned the name and time and they just stared at us like we were aliens or something lol after standing in awkward silence for a few secs they finally spoke. We would ask questions and they would stare at each other then mumble their answers, it was overall just the most uncomfortable situation I’ve been in. Every time i would look up they’re staring at each other thru the mirror then stares at us giving evils. I really have no idea what the issue was, but for the future i would recommend addressing an issue if there is one rather than acting unprofessional and making paying customers feel so uncomfortable. We’re out here tryna support local/small businesses after covid and being treated like trash, we will take our $$ elsewhere next time somewhere more welcoming. I’m very upset that my niece (who is half African btw) had such a negative first experience when getting her braids, and if she wasn’t so excited to finally get them we would’ve walked out the second we felt all the bad energy in that store.

NOTE: I truly recommend you make an appointment first rather then off the street and expect to be seen to, as it does get extremely busy at times in the studio due to their loyal customer base who do make appointments in advance. But rest assured friends that you will never find a more professional and price reasonable hair braiding studio then here. Highly recommended to one and all.
