About Northbridge Residential Village
In April 2016 the Trust commenced construction of the first building to extend the village in three stages over a four to five year period. The first stage was completed in March 2018 comprising 31 two bedroom apartments, underground parking, an indoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, movie theatre and an additional recreation room.
Stage II demolished existing buildings E & F along Akoranga Drive, and construction is complete of 30 two bedroom apartments with underground parking in a three story building.
Stage III has demolished existing buildings G & H on the corner of Akoranga Drive and Warehouse Way and construction has begun of 48 two and three bedroom apartments with underground parking and recreational facilities in a five story building. Completion date is expected to be May 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting in the hospital care facility and nurse was lovely and kind to her patient going the extra mile to bring her what she needed. The lounge and surroundings were peaceful and nicely presented. I left at 3 but was a bit concerned as there wasn't a staff member anywhere to be found. Afternoon tea time obviously so I guess the patients can press their call button if needing help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a tradie but this seems like a great place to be if you like the north shore want to be close to shops and easy access to busses, The units vary in size, so if you find one you like move in, I would, the staff are friendly plus it has a hospital wing.
