★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You rely on a property manager to look after your property and unfortunately I was let down by northland real estate. A lot of issues during the management but after parting ways my new manager helped get the property up to scratch ($15k worth of maintenance) and advised I was renting it out for $150/week less than what I could. So, these guys did everything wrong. Poor
