★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks fine from roadside but we didn't get to go inside. Looks quite ugly from northern entry into Napier. Pity more not done to lessen visual impact!! Long way from shops and one would need a vehicle.
Probably ok for younger set who'd love the first class views.
