Edward completed a site visit prior to my quote being paid in January I also provided a map of water structure prior to him visiting the site. After having to make numerous follow up calls to chase up TP58 report which is required for council, I get notified today nearly 8 weeks later that Northscape are unable to install my system. Edward knowingly withheld information when he knew there was a problem with the layout as he advised my consent planner he knew 3 weeks before he advised me there was an issue. Estelle ignored multiple calls which I had made over this time and because of this incompetence this has caused unnecessary delays and additional costs as I have to go through whole process with another company and has caused issues for obtaining building consent in the timeframe I had set aside and now have to pay storage costs. Despicable service, avoid at all costs I would not recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will just state the facts. A Google search for arborists brought this business up. First response to my question to fell 1 x tree close to neighbour's shed was very prompt and requested pictures after my stating I could send photos. Got no reply and sent (from memory at least) 2 more messages with more photos requesting an answer. My first request was a Friday afternoon so I considered it may have been poor timing on my part, so followed up the following week. Ended up phoning them and lady took details again. Got a reply $3750 to fell one tree. I phoned again to question whether decimal point was in the right place? Reply was yes and cost involved one off insurances etc as they are not arborists. Disappointing that I had to waste so much time to get that answer, would have been nice to be told this earlier.
