★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating company to deal with! Should have been a easy insurance fix but has taken more than a month. The builder did not put the right flooring down, I told the foreman this before the flooring was laid on top of it but they did not fix it and instructed the floorers to lay the flooring, resulting in a terrible job. They came to fix it but instead tried to patch it up which made it worse. I have had to settle for a half pie fix of their mistakes because I do not want to have to deal with this useless company anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to replace cabinetry in my Kitchen. Eventually Northstar arrived and completed half the job. I wont mention the disaster with colour. However in the process, they broke glassware, dropped screws into my waste disposer and dented my fridge. Then they left the rest of the cabinetry in the kitchen for the completion of the job at another time. So what about the damage they caused? Dont worry, we will sort it out I was told. A month later they decide to complete the installation of the Kitchen and offer me a small monetary figure to go away. No I did not accept it, as I dont want to be staring at a bloody dent in my fridge door, I would like it repaired. So I am forced to claim through my insurer . Are you aware of the recovery process? It takes a long time. In the interim I remain out of pocket. Nice one North Star and more importantly ANDO INSURANCE for giving them the job in the first instance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their staff or builders nearly took out the side of my car where I had to slam on my breaks to avoid them hitting me (we were on the motorway). Driver of the van EYK242. Really not a good look for your company!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found NorthStar to be extremely helpful when we wanted the work done which was delay due to a planned holiday.They made it would fit in with my schedule which was so helpful.
I would highly recommend them for any building project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NorthStar Group, your company is fantastic. We highly commend the work you have done for us. After the disaster in our home of a blocked sewerage pipe, which caused many litres of water to come flooding through part of our house. Your group was contacted by our Insurance company and immediately your staff member Bevan
arranged multiple trades people to start and complete the work needed. Which was a builder, an electrician, a plasterer, and a paint and paper decorator. All of these tradesmen came as promptly as they could and all their work was to a very high standard. There was other work to be done but this came under different categories in our policy. Bevan was always there for any concerns or questions we might have. He encouraged us all the way. It is wonderful that the stress has now gone and we are nearly back to normality. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NorthStar repaired damage from a burst water pipe in a bedroom. Great communication from Diane who checked in with us and kept us informed of what was happening. Tradesmen were well coordinated so the job flowed smoothly. Work was completed to a high standard and the tradesman were friendly but professional with their work and clean up. They were very easy to have in the house. Thanks NorthStar. Would happily use you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thank North Star for the stunning new kitchen they have installed in my home. The whole team were professional to deal with starting with Mark providing a great design, he was easy to talk to and nothing was a problem for him. Suzanne backed him up with coordinating installation and product choice and Terry and Mark handled the installation seamlessly.
The outcome was a perfect finish, delivered on time and on budget. I couldn't have asked for more ! Well done North Star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.8m x 10m fence not a big job. Has taken them almost a year to do, and still isnt completed. What they have done is so bad that they are having to take most of it back down to redo. Never answer my calls or txts, do NOT use this company, only reason they are being used, is it is an insurance repair.
