He just went above and beyond expectations helping my partner and I find the perfect bed, and has been so flexible with delivery times, even throwing in a few freebies! He is just a huge wrath of knowledge on these beds and is so personable. The next time we need a bed (hopefully not for a long time now lol) I won’t be going anywhere else but bedpost. I ended up getting a bed I was very happy with for a much better price than anticpated + a mattress protector to go with it. Thank you Mike, I am looking forward to receiving it this Friday. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The king single bed with single trundle underneath along with the upgraded mattresses we purchased arrived as requested . Mark had agreed to hold the delivery until it suited us which was very accomodating .
The men who delivered and set our bed up were punctual, polite and did a very good assembly job.
I then decided to look at pillow options a few weeks later . Mark again was very helpful suggesting alternatives to suit my problematic neck .
I was encouraged to take pillow samples home, try out and then purchase the pillow of choice .
I continue to be impressed with the excellent service Bedpost and Mark offer . Thank you .

Mike was so knowledgable and friendly and it was really interesting to talk through the different components of what makes a great mattress for our individual sleeping styles (and the pillows to match).
