It certainly helps me to be my best self mentally and emotionally and you come away with some fantastic practical tips for your daily routine.

Base line calm, breathing, food that nourishes the body and rituals that nourish the soulβ¦.all evidence based - ticked the boxes for my team. Plenty of time for questions from these knowledgeable ladies throughout the day. We left feeling empowered and connected and each of us with something more to explore as we focus on our wellbeing and living our best lives - slowly!
