★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my windscreen replaced and told when I booked it in they needed it for four hours but it wasn't ready for eight hours and they didn't clean the windscreen when they were finished, it was very smeared and very hard to see when driving the car home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a really good job at fixing my windscreen for my WOF however sitting in a chair in a corner of the workshop while I waited on a cold rainy day wasn't ideal.. not even offered a coffee while I waited over an hour..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from the Novus glass Lizmore St team. From the office staff who took my calls and helped me hugely with my inquiries and the staff who replaced my bus window screen. I could not be more satisfied with the professional and friendly service I received. We done team, I cannot recommend Novus Glass Lismore street enough. Will definitely be using there service again if needed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say ask whomever you talk to about a quote for every step of the way. No matter how shook up you are/ if you think it is a small think.
HOWEVER, really good service from Alan - if he were not there I would have provided 1 star only. Thank you for your help and professionalism to fix my car.

Offered me a great price, and when one of the technician had Covid and couldn't fix my window, I was contacted right away and offered another appointment time. The ladies at the front desk/customer service were really helpful and efficient. My new window looks great.
