Yes it is still within their promised time frame but the order status shows that a tracking number has been allocated to the parcel for the last 3 days and that's it (delivery type is over night no sign) . Called the 0800 number and got a rude person on the phone who was only playing with words and did not help at all. Instead she wanted to end the call ASAP. I do a lot of shopping online this would be my first and last with the not so "Number One Shoes" Very disappointed.
