- Several times I asked for a chai latte with no cinnamon, and they completely ignored that.
- For at least a week, they had advertised pulled pork rice at a main entrance, but when I tried to order it, apparently they hadn't sold it for a week.
- I ordered something, and waited 25 minutes, finally got it, with not so much as an apology.
