recently had our windows at home tinted and these guys were awesome. Full details given on the different tints by Viran. Installer was great .. And we even got a follow up call from the owner to ensure we were happy with the workmanship. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Nuview (Nuview NZ Window Tinting / Film Auckland) twice, first on my large 5 room home. Once sold I used Nuview for my new apartment. Privacy Window film and at those occasions the experience was good. Good salespeople who were customer-centric and cared about the business.
Sadly now in 2022, I made contact with the Sales Manager of Nuview 2 times via email and three times via phone. An automated message post first email, Quote: " We have returned to work today from the holiday and are getting underway again". I replied and finally called the Sales Manager. I spoke to the Sales Manager via phone, but he seemed not very interested- maybe this time the job is too small as I only need 4 windows done. I phoned three teams in total, left twice messages- ut there is absolutely nil follow-up.
A sad reflection in today's competitive marketplace. NUVIEW spends a lot of money on their website and being let down by their Sales Manager in such a way is highly disappointing- for the company as well as for clients who previously used their services.
I'll move on and find an alternative company and highly recommend whoever reads this on google reviews and Facebook does the same.
