★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my audio system installed maybe a year ago and after taking my car for servicing, they got back to me and said I had to take my car back to the place I got it installed it because the wiring was very bad. So they ended up unhooking the power cable and also the amp. I called Sound Solution and asked them if they could reinstall it, make sure wiring is okay, was charged $150 after the did it. Went for another service this year and the issue wasn’t fixed. It was worse than last time. I didn't know how serious the issue was until they told me the power supply amp from my battery to the amp was burnt. Burnt because it had been wired under and my vehicle and next to the area of the muffler where it gets really hot. I'm just honestly glad nothing serious happened to my vehicle or anyone who could have been driving it.**photos attached**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went back multiple times to have car speakers installed properly and sub wired in as well. The sub wiring is of very poor workmanship and was not bridged properly - I havnt bothered to contact them as they have had my car for two FULL days from morning till night. I dont care what their response is, and like the other people in this review thread i took my car elsewhere to get fixed. They also mounted my tweeters and said car was good to go... the tweeters were mounted but not wired in. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Asked me to come to Manukau for a 2 o clock appointment for installation of a unit. When I drive down to Manukau from Henderson, I'm told the unit is in Pukekohe and there's been a mix up. The person at the counter said he isn't the one who said the unit is available and denied responsibility. Tried selling me other brands. I was even willing to drive down to Pukekohe if he was nice about it, which he wasn't. Overall a pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in today at Manukau without an appointment for a minor job and dealt with Sunpreet who was filling in for the day from Pukekohe. He was amazingly helpful and as a result I will book in a bigger job with him specifically next weekend and drive from Auckland to Pukekohe just for him to do it. Sunpreet is the best car audio guy I have come across and quickly came up with a range of great priced options that my regular guys at Soundtech and Hotwires did not forsee and who had told me it could not be done. Very happy with Sunpreet's service top guy!
