β β β β β A wonderful location for blood donation, with friendly and courteous staff, who always ensure you are comfortable right from registration, donation and post-donation.
The new facility at Epsom is even better than the previous one, which also operates on Saturday, which gives me more flexibility. I have successfully completed 10 donations and have no complaints.

Awesome staff with excellent service... I was quite curious when I went to this place to donate plasma for the first time. Wendy and Sue took care of me and explained the procedures in detail.
I will decided to donate plasma fortnightly hereafter.

β β β β β Nice, warm and comfortable here plus my 2nd time only. The whole place is well litten up. Watching big screen TVs. Got soft toys given as a ty...the red is for giving Blood donation and the gold is for giving Plasma only. Lots to talk about. 5 βββββ for all the health workers.

β β β β β Great facility, comfortable and with good refreshments. The nurses who saw me were competent. Not the most friendly staff Iβve seen, but they were nice enough.
Important to mention that I had booked an appointment in advance, I got here 15 minutes earlier, and still only seated to donate 40 minutes after my appointment time, so a bit of a long wait. But we donβt do it for them, we do it for those who need it, so itβs always worth the wait. :)

β β β β β I had a terrific experience here. It was my first time in NZ though I frequently used to donate at my home country. Reception was alright but my induction was amazingly friendly and warm from the start. She was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process. It wasn't as if she was doing a job rather a really casual and friendly talk between 2 people. The nurse taking my blood was calm and explained the process as it went and what to expect so it was as less stressful as possible and finally the technician was energetic and positively appreciated the efforts made to come over and donate blood which was a real change from my earlier experiences. All in all, it was an amazing experience! You have a great team guys! Thanks a lot for being amazing!!! (P.S. Not naming anyone due to privacy concerns)

β β β β β Amazing building, with designated car park at the front of the building for donors. The inside of the building looks very new, it has very comfortable sofas with a nice view.
Super friendly staff, extraction complete I. Less than 10 minutes.
