β β β β β Went in today to get my suit dry cleaned woman was rude and barked at me βtake the suit out of the bagβ odd I thought but asked if I was not able to come in on Tuesday would Wednesday be okay she snapped back βno itβs one or the otherβ forget it I said. Obviously I took my suit elsewhere.

β β β β β I sent my coat for dry cleaning in the Great South Road store and picked it up yesterday.
The coat was in nearly new condition when I sent it in and was the first time it had been cleaned. I am very disappointed that the coat is now very much dirtier than before. There are fibre like things around the armpits and on the sleeves. There are animal (?) hairs on the coat (there were no hairs at all on the coat when I sent it in). It also looked like it had been over hot ironed as there are white iron marks along the hems and over the buttons. Despite the iron marks on the rest of the coat, the sleeves don't look like they have been ironed at all! Did the cleaner even looked at the coat before sending it back?! I feel very sad that my coat has been ruined. I am not sure if I want to send it back for another clean even to rectify the situation, because it may mean another round of damage!! Very sad! The photos show the coat after it was "cleaned"!! I very much regret trusting Maxwell Drycleaning with my expensive coat.
