★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order on the 30 August, my bank statement showed money taken out next day, order arrived 10th November. They blamed delays due to covid but this same thing happened about three or four years ago....no covid then. Bulbs were very small. So certainly wont be placing any more orders.

Placed the order 28 Feb, only to be told they also supply Mitre 10 whom were selling them cheaper, then told they would be dispatched early April.
The latest is now late April
Considering cancelling my order
Dont use this company, they only give excuses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the Miniature Lilies in August to grow on for Grandparents Xmas presents. They are now in flower and delivered. On every visit we are told how beautiful they are and they are. Will definitely be doing this again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absolutely amazing, my latest order was placed in the morning, by early afternoon there was an email saying it was packaged and ready for shipment. Was delivered the next working day with the weekend in between. My last order, while delayed due to covid, I was kept fully informed by email as to its status arrived and planted a few days later with no ill effects. I love dealing with NZ Bulbs, theyre professional, friendly, and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received an order mid November of Dahlia Tubers, 2 of which failed to grow.
Without any hesitation NZ Bulbs kindly replaced these with 2 similar. Surprisingly these arrived and were in the ground within 3 days, and not even any charge for freight - How good is that !
Fantastic service from a great team, we'll be using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered bulbs on the 14th of Sep and the website said they'd ship by end of month. I got the "order complete" email on the 9th of November. False advertising for one, and a 2 month delivery time - seriously!? I also ordered potted lilies as gifts - and what turned up were just bulbs in soil, so I won't be shopping here again
