I figured out a couple of days after placing my order that it in fact had been incorrectly shipped to another address with the same street name. ( No fault of NZ Lashes, the Courier provider mucked up.)
Diana was prompt in replying and quickly investigated the situation. The customer service provided was exceptional and the issue was rectified within less than twelve hours.
