The site is easy to use, the ordering system is quick, and they do what they promise without all the sales tricks and traps some other online companies employ. Have used NZ Muscle before and will use them again. Keep up the good work guys.

I placed an order at about 9:30am this morning and I just got the confirmation email to say it had been delivered at 2:30pm. This is amazing! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. Word of warning if you want anything other than what's on the shelf. This review is for head office. As a fitness professional I'm beyond disappointed at the turnover time. 7 months. Sorry but it doesn't take 7 months to get anything from anywhere. If I didn't need matching items I never would have agreed to an initial 9-10 week turn around, which NZM somehow justified becoming an acceptable 7 months. Blame Covid right? Nice one. I intend on never doing business with NZM again.

Will stick to sprint fit where you get your item the next day. Worst Experience Ever.
