Arrived around 9.30am as Google mentioned this is their opening times, turns out due to covid restrictions it was now 10am. Even though, I did wait a few minutes for the staff member to arrive, it was a great first time experience in store overall as the product was available and the nice gentleman gave me a discount as well as some great free goodies! Thank you so much! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy that was there was absolutely rude, previously I called up and they said they had a 15% discount going on. When i came into the store to buy a product the guy was absolutely rude I tried to ask for a certain product because I couldn’t locate it he rolled his eyes and just said “it’s right there” took me a few mins to find it. Then when I went to the till he was just sitting on his phone and barely cared about the customer and he scanned it a gave a full price. I asked about them adding in the 15% discount as I thought it was automatically added on but he shrugged his shoulders rolled his eyes and then added the 15% discount. NEVER SHOPPING WITH NZ MUSCLE AGAIN.

The staffs are full of passion and with deep knowledge in the supplements. Particularly shout out to Jordan, always providing spectacular service and guidance.
Highly recommended!

He is very helpful and knowledgeable when comes to deeper questions around training and what the correct product would be for my application. Store is always neat and tidy and often has great discounts on certain brands. Go try it for yourself!!
