★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmmm, the smell is overwhelming. You lose your sense of smell when you walk into the shop so you have no idea what you've bought. Nice soaps tho!! Luscious. Good lotions too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online for my niece's 4th birthday. She has been obsessed with the bath bombs for a while and I normally take her in store to purchase.
We did have an issue with with getting a tracking number but this was quickly resolved. The parcel was misplaced due to courier (Again, not Lush's fault) and to our horror, thrown over the back fence with no regard for the package being marked very clearly as "Fragile".
One of the bath bombs was damaged and they quickly offered a refund and apologized for the damage. Again, this was not their fault.
The service was great and friendly and going that extra mile to make sure that I was happy. Thankfully, she's four so she didn't even notice was just very excited to get a package in the mail.
Thank you, in particular to Gracen for addressing my concerns so quickly and making sure that I was happy.
Will certainly continue to get these bath bombs for her

The store has a pretty good range of stuff, was able to find everything I wanted in there. Was really happy to stumble upon lush while walking around Auckland city! would definitely come back here to buy more stuff, their products are really good!

I went in to buy a specific product but left empty handed - as she was just too much.
I wasn't the only customer who walked out due to her awful customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful staff, always so friendly and provide great service. Can’t help but notice though how hot it can get inside the shop during the summer time, today was incredibly humid! I couldn’t stay too long inside due to the heat, but other than that my experiences are always great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved lush! I was so excited to find one in New Zealand a few years ago after living in the UK.
There are pros and cons with Queen Street. On entry one blond stuff in particular just blabs all the DON'TS at you, I must say I found it really off-putting! The store definitely redeemed itself soon after! Thank you to the calm and gentle staff with short curly hair!! You were so wonderful and I could tell you genuinely cared about what I wanted. I walked out very happy and will come back to your service.
