★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both guys working here on 13th January weren't very efficient. I bought 4 post bags and added tracking to them ,I wasn't given a receipt.
I then dropped off 2 of the post bags, and was asked by the other guy who was present when I was purchasing the bags ,if I had paid for them ,when he could clearly see the tracking sticker on my post bags. I was surprised but answered yes and left ,but until now my post bags haven't been scanned into the system.
I suspect he might have thrown away or misplaced my post bags for no real reason.
Worst ,disrespectful and shoddy customer service.
