★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn't my normal doctor's but wasn't well so wanted to get covid test done locally and they were absolutely fantastic.
The receptionist, the nurse and Dr Cotter couldn't have been more caring and thoughtful especially in
this busy time of lock down level 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Doctors red beach this morning after suffering with serious sinusitis. I went through urgent care services and was greeted by Rey at my vehicle. Rey is a friendly, pleasant nurse who listens and engages with you. I was seen by Dr Pieter Crotty. Again he was friendly and listened closely to me. I feel he went out his way to help me and gave me the best treatment possible.
I am super happy with my visit this morning. These people deserve the 5 stars I rated them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ three times in the last week, both in person and on the phone, I have received nothing but the rudest of treatment by the reception staff. I feel sorry for their enrolled patients having to put up with it. They need to take a course in public relations, and how to deal with people who are sick and in pain. Covid will be blamed of course, it always is, but being overworked is not an excuse. A bit of kindness goes along way, I always am polite, smile and show gratitude, but I won’t bother again. Disgraceful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse and doctors were great, however.. I visited the clinic on a Thursday afternoon with an injury where I was charged $55.00.. I then also needed crutches where I paid $30 but was informed that I get $20 of that back when I return them. The doctor I saw also said that xray was closed for the day so I could come back tomorrow and wouldnt have to pay for the consult to see the doctor afterwards.. I was then charged $27.50 to see the doctor about my xray.. isnt this meant to be covered by ACC? So disappointed.

I wasted my time enrolling online before going there yesterday. When I arrived and said I enrolled online the receptionist said they wouldn’t have received it yet. ?
I have been there once before with my daughter who had fell on her elbow and could see a Dr very soon and didn’t have to pay anything.
Yesterday however my daughter was vomiting, had a runny tummy and was crying of stomach cramps, and the receptionist said we should go to A&E.
I don’t know why we couldn’t see a Dr, I was there before 4pm.
Twice when I asked if they give medication there or if I have to get it from the chemist (I asked because the chemist closes at 7pm) they were not able to answer a simple question but rather got agitated because I asked about medicine before they had examined my daughter.
We waited for 2 hours in A&E (with a child crying of stomach cramps, having a runny tummy and vomiting there) before seeing the Dr whom was very kind and helpful though.
The nurse at A&E was also very kind.
Had to pay $60!
I will think twice about going there again!
