★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady behind the counter at this place is very rude. I have been here twice and both times she was rude and dismissive. I asked a few questions about some postage options and she was short with me and didn't explain clearly. So I asked again and she ignored me completely and served someone else instead. So I left and went to the post shop in Drury instead where the staff there are super friendly.
I think NZ post should re-evaluate this place. Extremely bad customer service on both occasions I went there. Never going back
