It's too rubbish. They don't call or knock on the door when delivering goods. They don't confirm whether no one took the goods away. My goods have been delivered since August and haven't been delivered yet

NZ Post hasn't even tried to deliver my package, and sent it back to depot so now I have to chase it around the city spending more time and money. Amazon manages to deliver something from the other side of the world in 3 businesses days, but NZ Post doesn't even manage to deliver something on the same city in 4 days.

Nz Courier Post hasn't delivered my parcel but they mark it as delivered. They lost our important documents and avoid taking any responsibility.

The most annoying and unprofessional work from this depot (Morningside)ever. I requested for the re-direction and NZ post tracking team lodged my request to this depot but they ignored it and re-delivered it to the previous address then the investigators of NZ post are involved and asked the depot for the urgent re-direction but after 3 days still the parcel is sitting there and the depot are not allowing me to collect it myself nor they re-direct it to the collection centre. If my parcel does not reach me by today it is gonna cost me my business, I am desperately hopeless :(

Not impressed by the delivery person who was delivering my package - they marked it as delivered when it obviously wasn't delivered to me. I seriously don't understand how a delivery person doesn't ask for an ID and just gives out the package to a random person. I paid $80 for a product I never received, now I have to go through a lengthy process with getting the sender making a claim with NZ Post. It's annoying as, and before this gets resolved, weeks will probably go by. The response from NZ Post was also written in a way like they try to avoid taking responsibility. On call, the guy I spoke with was very helpful, but through emails, I really thought someone is making fun of me. Sometimes I'm really shocked how certain services in New Zealand handle situations like this. Most of the time they just don't care about the customer.
