★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife needed to purchase (over the counter) eye drops - we went to this pharmacy - at no point was help offered. No customers were in the store besides us - four people were standing behind their counter seemingly indifferent. She made a choice, we went to the checkout at which the checkout person left saying he will come back shortly. He did come back, picked up his cellphone and after a while looked up and grunted ‘yes’. Eye drops were in front of him and debit card was ready. The seemingly grumpy gentleman scanned the barcode, grunted another ‘yea’ for the eftpos terminal and that was it. Walked out, didn’t know how much we paid given there was no price tag either (turns out it was $42!), let alone should there be any worthwhile things to know about the MEDICINE that was purchased. This was literally sickening and definitely a pharmacy to avoid like the plague, which is a shame given the convenient location. Disgustingly, these charlatans give independent pharmacies a bad name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very disappointed with customer service . Lady on the counter was very arrogant when I went to return a hand sanitozer (50$) with in half an hour , the product was intact and unpacked.
there are no refund rules printed on the receipt or no web site . I 'm thinking to put a complaint in consumer forum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a lady at the this place, she's got blonde curly hair (sorry I don't know her name) but she is ALWAYS so lovely! And so helpful! She genuinely takes a personal interest in making sure you get exactly what you need. She's just so nice! love going there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. Had my prescription for 5 days. Want another 4 to fill it. Went to Unichem Pharmacy on Richardson Road who filled it by the time I drove up. The only good service was they gave the prescription back immediately. Should have been more responsible to patients needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ground Control to Major Tom, Your Circuits Dead! Lady who runs the Postal Service is on another planet, has no idea what she's doing. I have visited this Pharmacy for Postal Services numerous times now and it always takes three times longer than it should! Considering you're Mt Eden villages main Postal Service it's f**king ridiculous! Faster to travel down to Dominion Rd Post Office than wait around getting incompetent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blonde lady at the NZ Post counter has zero capability to perform even the most basic of customer service skills. I needed to pick up a parcel I had dropped off just an hour before, as our system glitched and we were unable to track it. I had a simple request to either bring in a new label or to take back my parcel to fix it back at the office. For some reason, this aggravated the lady and she became extremely hostile towards me. Constantly repeating she had been doing this for years and it would be fine and asking me to 'listen' multiple times, even though I had explained this was not an issue with them, it was an issue with our own system. She didn't even know what e-ship was. This is a grown woman acting like a frustrated toddler because someone asked a perfectly reasonable question, extremely strange? I took my parcel back and will never be going here again. Worst treatment I've ever received. Disgusting. Do not go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people do a fantastic job. Opened a PO Box service so the community would not be disadvantaged when Post Shop removed by NZ Post. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Never had a problem with their PO service. Excellent community service all round.
