★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went into the store wanting to pay my phone bill, then the lady asked for some barcode(?) but never have I needed a barcode when paying my phone bills at the post-office. I've always just my account number, phone number and the amount I want to pay. The lady kept insisting I needed some barcode.. absolutely waved me off and step aside and wait for another lady that works there to come back to the shop.. waiting there for 10mins plus, had enough and drove to another post-office branch. (AND what do you know! I was able to pay my phone bills at another post-office branch without a barcode!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst service here, staff are extremely unpleasant to deal with. Judging by the other reviews would recommend going elsewhere. Would definitely prefer to drive further than come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad service from an mid aged Asian lady this afternoon. This was one of the best post shop with good customer service. There used to be a girl whose servive was excellent. But this lady, neither did she provide a good service nor was knowledgable. She gave me a wrong information regarding sending something to India, this was an urgent document which had to be sent on priority. So i had to go all the way to glenfiled post shop beacuse it was urgent. And i did sucessfully sent it witout any hassel.
Not to mention she was rude to the customer before me for dropping off parcel to return.
We, the customers, dont want to see unfriendly faces like this to represent a reputed enterprise like NZ Post.
I am never coming back there or recomend this place again to anyone if she is the one whom we have to encounter. Sorry!! Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service by one of the staff there, seems everytime I need to deliver a parcel the lady likes to great you with "what" or ignores you blatantly, or I showed up with 5 minutes to 5pm and she refused to serve me and told me she was closed and that I had to come back the next day.
I asked her if she is always this rude and was responded with a sarcastic smile.
I've witnessed her being so bloody rude to other people this is the worst customer service by this middle aged Asian lady with the short Bob hair cut and glasses.
This use to be a friendly and helpful place
I would rather drive to glenfield which is further but I know the service is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly post office i ever been so far, the Asian lady wearing glasses, she can't even smile, horrible attitude, she would told you off what is right what is wrong from the start for nothing, and every time give me different postage fee with the roughly same item I post. Most of time Boss know nothing. Please don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a friendly bunch BUT one person (mid age Asian lady) ruins the whole experience. Absolutely rude and always in foul mood. I don't know how people keep going back to service like that. Sad because the store owners seem like good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs from paper plus are friendly and helpful. However the Asian lady from NZ post is horrible. I purchased an economy tracked parcel label online and asked the lady if I need to print out two copies or one. She answered rudely ‘I don’t know. We are two different systems’ To be honest it’s shocking how unprofessional and rude she was. Going through other reviews where this lady was mentioned numerous times, I do think some action needs to be taken by NZ post. If she doesn’t like the job, please let her go. Customers do not deserve to be treated this way.
