Delays
- As a result of aircraft engineering issues, there are delays to some parcels sent by courier between the North and South Islands in both directions.
Delays to Mail Items:
- Due to precautionary maintenance on some of our electric mail buggies, delays of up to 2 days are expected for mail items across the country. These delays only impact mail delivered through our Paxster fleet – not Courier or Rural items.
- As our posties continue to deliver mail with a reduced fleet and through other means of transport, there is a small backlog forming. This will clear once the Paxsters are back up and running.
Delays to Parcels:
- In the North Island, we are experiencing delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days in the Whangarei, Hamilton/Waikato and Rotorua areas.
- In the South Island there are delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days, except in Nelson, Blenheim, Timaru, Ashburton and Christchurch East.
We’re working hard to get all items to their destinations safely but apologise for the inconvenience caused by these delays.

β β β β β Useless as a bank, they have removed the box to deposit money and therefore you are expected to queue for 20 mins to put money into your account. Ridiculous, I won't be going in there again would rather find a more user friendly bank.

β β β β β The front book/gift shop part is really nice. The people at the front counter are quite friendly. Love 'em.
It's the Post Shop/Kiwi Bank part in the back this one star is for. Every time I have visited them they have been both unhelpful and pretty rude. Also, they lost my IRD application form once. >:(

β β β β β NZ Post had me at my wits end; after trying to get a parcel delivered for over two months to Auckland. No matter how many calls or emails to NZ post, I always got through to a different βoperatorβ making promise after promise, but no results. I decided to pop-in to the Grey Street branch in Tauranga where I explained my frustration to Sue (don't know her surname). Without any hesitation she jumped in to bat for me - Two days later she called to advise on the progress, and two days thereafter to let me know that the parcel had been delivered β what a star.
Sue - even though you had nothing to do with this shipment (sent from Napier), you went out of your way to solve the problem for me, you are awesome! - and your company needs more staff like you.
