★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The courier left a motorised massage cushion out in our driveway in the pouring rain. It wasn't even in a waterproof bag but in a plain cardboard box with a gap for a handle on top! I would think it's common sense to leave an item like this in a dry place. Just lazy!

So, it is your company policy to drop parcel on the street! It is not surprised that I didn't see anything even half hour after delivery! All your policy is rubbish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service lady was kind and helpful she gets 5 stars but the courier company itself is an easy 0 star. Ten days and the latest update is "we are trying to find your items". Not sure how you could lose a 30kg desk. Even if that's true, sure, update my tracking label so I don't need to chase people on the phone like we're back in 1996.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm usually the first to complain about courier companies.. this time it's a compliment!
As the sender of a parcel, I received multiple calls from "Elle" earlier today (I might have her name wrong, I'm sorry!) earlier today in an attempt to organize my customer collecting his parcel (from what I understand this was his choice to not have an ATL) .
She didn't stop until the job was done, even chasing myself when I didn't answer, she used her head and actually applied some critical thinking when it came to locating the customers phone number (as it appears to have been off by 1 digit). Common sense, critical thinking and a desire to see the issue through seems to be hard to come by in customer service these days, however "Elle" displayed all of this!
With the end result being our customer collecting his parcel and everyone is happy! Much appreciated! "Elle" is an asset to the company and deserves to be treated as such!
