- Due to adverse weather conditions, there are delays to some Economy parcels sent on Interisland ferries between the North and South Islands.
- Road closures on the East Coast of the North Island, northern parts of the South Island, and lower South Island are causing delivery delays in these areas. We are using alternate routes wherever possible.

- In the North Island, there are delivery delays for parcels of up to 2 days in Hamilton/Waikato, Bay of Plenty and East Coast areas.
- In the South Island there are delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days, in South Canterbury, West Coast, Central Otago and the Lower South Island.
