★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again this shop has let us down. Yesterday we needed two $4 post bags which they told us were out of stock. When questioned the reason for this, the assistant said it was not their fault but head office had not supplied them. The next size up was $5.50 each which we were forced to buy. I pointed out that them being out of stock was clearly not my fault but I was the one paying the penalty and that the shop should pay the difference as an incentive to get their act together . As expected my suggestion was met with totally apathy. What I believe is needed is for NZ Post and their agents to get their act together instead of bombarding us with senseless advertising.

price is Okay
but service was terrible.
One indian guy(Srisha? Sisha?) is unpolite.
He isn't explain many things and luffing my English.
He let out sigh and rolling eyes as well.
