Clearly Hornby Postshop just out just to make as much money as possible from unsuspecting customers and not offering them the most cost effective way of sending items within NZ. A pair of boots sold for $50 then cost $24 to send as they were 800 grams over the 3kg cut off. Would it not have been cheaper to offer two $6 bags for $12? Ripping off your naive customers who put their trust and money in your hands, disgraceful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was seated in my couch the whole morning and patiently waited until someone knocks, my kids and wife are also with me.. i didnt hear any knock only to find out a claim form in the doorstep.. cmon nz post sockburn, do your job properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them three times to confirm if I can collect my item and they gave different answers every time and alway said I have to call back later to recheck. At the third time they finally told it was ready to be collected. Then I went there and found no one was there. Then I called them the fourth time and they told the item was not ready to be collected and asked me to call them tomorrow! Terrible experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening hours don't make sense at all. Most people Work from 8:30 to 5. So why are you not open after 5 pm? I'm sure there is a dumb reason but in this day in age you have to be far better at running a delivery service/pick up. Get with the times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the delivery on wednesday morning because they sent a card at 7am while I was asleep. I even let them leave the parcel in my front door so that it will be easier for both of us. I stayed my whole day in my room and keep refreshing the NZpost tracking page every 15 mins but still, the status remain "Waiting for courier" since 6:35am in the morning. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a delivery on Thursday and they sent a card at 2pm. I called them and requested to let them leave the parcel in my front door. I stayed my whole day calling them and checking about the parcel and keep refreshing the NZpost tracking page every 15 mins but still, the status remain "unsuccessful delivery" since next day till now. Really bad service guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I missed a parcel this saturday. So, i went to the delivery post to collect it on a monday morning. The guy in the reception told me my parcel has not arrived yet and you can come tomorrow to collect or ask them to deliver it the next day online. That is a 1/5 service and not a friendly/accomodating service/reception. So frustrated to wait for another day. They could have searched where it was and hand it to me.
