★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time. If not in stock takes 2-3 days and then cannot be collected in store, has to be delivered. Why bother with a shop! Very bad customer service, if there was an option for zero stars this would be one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First timer, it depends which staff as you walk into the place gets your attention I saw one staff was very impatient with a customer there very rude, put me off at first, a Staff who served me was very polite knew her products of safety the size that would be suitable for me. Her service totally got my attention and I would choose her when ever I go there. This is why I gave her service a 5star for the store she works for. Manageress and the young lass thank you.

Highly recommend calling them for good or bad service as they actually care & listen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, and the person who served me was very polite and knowledgeable. This particular store has a good range of stock in store, including goods out the back. If the safety clothing/ footwear size you want isn't on the shelf or rack, a staff member will go out back and get what you ask for. I went in for a pair of safety shoes, and the brands they have are good hard-wearing types.

I ordered some stuffs online last Monday and when I came to the store to pick it up today, the staff here just told me there was no stock without any explanations, I quote ‘ there is nothing here’. I tried to explain to the staff that I have already ordered online and paid my money. Their response was like they can’t help me and I need to call the customer service which is closed during the weekend. I’m not blaming the staff or anything but I think they could do better at explaining the whole situation instead of just asking to call someone else. I’m also deeply disappointed by the company’s dishonest behavior. If there was no stock, why would you let me order it? Ok if it’s a system error, all you need to do was to call me and I would understand. Instead, they did nothing! They didn’t bother to call me or give me my money back! I only found out this after I spent one hour trying to get to the store on a Sat morning.
I’m deeply disappointed by their dishonest behavior and I’ll never shop here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and experience! Store is well layed out, labeled and presented to a point it that it felt like a store in a shopping mall. The staff were excellent and professional with their assistance and answering the questions I had about the specific sizing on work wear and fit. Allan (the man) was a pleasure to deal with who even offered a discount on already promoted items which was a bonus, Made my day! Keep up the good work lads, best safety/work wear store I've ever been to. Highly recommended?
