★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed that my kitchen is left in an unfinished state after delays in getting the final cabinet doors, but what is even more disappointing is that the sales staff have stopped responding to my calls and emails so I am left with no resolution to my problem. My remaining cabinet doors were supposed to be ready on 25 April, then 7 May, now they say mid June. Who really knows. I recommend going elsewhere for your kitchen or you may end up frustrated and disappointed like me!

However, it has been 7 month now and we still don't have our kitchen fully ready. First they forgot to manufacture some of the panels. Then forgot to deliver others. The items that came, came with parts missing. Then we ordered couple more panels and they came at different color. The repainting process takes months now. I had to chaise the manufacturing plant myself by going there because no one knew what's going on and where our order.
Also, would sujest to stay away from the j-pull cabinets, these are painted and even slight impact with pretty much anything chip the paint, e.g. I dropped a bolt from about 40cm during the assembly or jucier's power cord felt from benchtop or slightly toucher one of the doors while putting pan away.... Good thing it comes with a 50ml spare paint can.
Update : after the answer below or has been another week, still waiting...
Update two : just got an email saying they have painted it, but still week be ready in two weeks only....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had trouble making my order on their website, but when I reached out for help Dee Petit was amazing! She helped me get my order correct over the phone and then followed up by email through the entire process of confirmation, payment, shipping and arrival of the cabinets.
I used these cabinets to furnish an office renovation and I'm so happy with the result. They look really sharp and provide the storage we need without taking up valuable floor space in our open plan office.
