★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is poor customer service and communication; good products. For example:
1. When ordering and paying for multiple products in the past, not all were supplied and then I have had to chase, with poor communication. Too much hassle.
2. Recently they sent Zhik pants stuck to the inside lid of the courier bag so when you open the bag the pants were cut. I wrote to NZ Sailing about this with no response. I now purchase directly from Zhik who box their products so this issue cannot arise.
This is the first google review I have ever been sufficiently motivated to bother writing.

Thanks for Mike on many prompt feedback for my noisy questions over 15 e-mails about windsurfing board spec., stocks, kinds of freight, coming shipment for new board, warranty, kind notice on shipping and invoice......etc..
I already got my new board with good packing from custom of Taiwan. I will place the 2nd order and recommend NZ sailing to my friends soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fully recommend NZ Sailing. Daniel and Mike went out of their way to assist me in finding the right equipment and at a price I could afford. They even consulted with the foil designer to ensure I had the right foil to meet my requirements. I extremely happy with my set up and have the added reassurance of knowing I have support should anything go wrong.
