The staff are wonderful and always so grateful and pleasant ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. Visited the shop today with an elderly friend at 3:20pm to be told "we're closing at 3:30pm" while THEY CLOSED THE DOOR AT US AND WOULD NOT LET US ENTER.
I previously both donated and shopped at this store but after today bad treatment I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE.
Also, the store was very dirty and extremely untidy. Not recommended at all.
