★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent communication with the staff via e mail and phone, they kept us up dated as we bought our boys gears from here, even had their names printed on their jackets and pants. If it’s quality you are looking for I suggest shop here??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service if you can source the uniform else where do it, I paid for uniform nearly 6months ago claim my order wasn’t in the file.... thankfully I had a receipt so I had proof that it was paid and still haven’t got the uniform

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were nice, however, the lady kept insisting that I'm a size 14, despite me repeating to her I'm size 10. She made the judgement after looking at my shape and I found that really offensive, especially when I had to repeat myself. I found myself trying the size 14 uniform on just to convince her I'm not that size, as well as, so she'd quit insisting for me to try on the size. SERIOUSLY, I THINK I KNOW MY OWN SIZE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and service in this shop was absolutely fantastic. I had no idea what sizes or uniform my grand daughter needed to start high school but they fitted her out with everything. They were friendly and patient and even put the names on everything. Amazing service, the only place I'll be going for uniform from now on, thank you so much, you're an awesome team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a top and skirt for a school uniform. I said I wasn't sure the top was needed and asked if I could bring it back. Staff said yes as long as it was in the packet in perfect condition. It wasn't needed so I returned only to find I could only swap it for another item. It was in perfect condition, not removed from its bag. I did not need another item. They then showed me their policy on no returns- they could have done this on the first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busiest time would be after school and there was only 1 staff on whom dedicated time for 1 customer at a time. I had babies and trying to sort out a jacket for my older girl. Last thing I wanted was to stand there for over half hr! Dumb thing is that's the only place for it!! Have 2 staff at least for your customers that was an annoying day!!
