★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was incredibly disappointed by the service at KFC Rotorua tonight. I ordered at 5:52pm and did not receive my order until around 4:40 at which point I had been waiting over 45 minutes. I ended up having to ask what was happening with my order which was made difficult by the fact that the staff all hid out the back and we're not approachable at all. Once I managed to get someone's attention he proceeded to go and grab a burger for me straight away and I questioned how long it had been sitting there. It's safe to say I wasn't going to be eating a burger that had been sitting there for who knows how long, particularly as it contained chicken. Another burger was then made at my request which was equally as disappointing as the service as it had way too much sauce on it to the point where it was overflowing over the edges and the chicken was incredibly soggy as if it had been sitting around for ages since being cooked. the staff member who gave me my order did not apologize for the wait either which to me was the absolute least he should have done. Very disappointed in this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service just before 5pm. Haven't had KFC for a couple of years and was very disappointed to find our chicken had obviously been reheated, looked unappealing and was dry and chewy. Caulslaw was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst service I have ever had. If I could give negative stars there wouldn't be enough of them. Trapped in the drive through for 45 mins before finally getting to order, only to find the only thing on the menu was burgers because they had nothing else. And just to make it a complete balls up, the burgers and chips were all cold. We had to heat them in the microwave before we could eat them. Clean your act up. Never going there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family decided to have dinner here as we usually have KFC, usually no problems in other chains. However in this KFC, we smelt a burning aroma, that turned out to come from our wicked wings. It was burnt, couldn't even finish it when we usually would. Service was also not up to standard as the server was just throwing utensils and the food when we got our order from the counter. We tried to be understanding as it was rush hour, however that is simply unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy kfc almost 4-6 times a week . Normally it is very nice from most outlets in North island but I brought $30 pack and it was awful we couldn't eat the chips , my daughter only eats chips and did not like them . They tasted old like cooked in old yucky oil..as for the chicken there was no topping on the skin and it was not nice to ear. Very disappointing in the rotorua kfc in middle of town . Won't go there again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy store & long wait times using drive thru. Food was great though & chicken was cooked perfectly. They need more KFC stores in Rotorua this one was extremely busy.
