She has been so helpful and understanding throughout the whole process, I really feel like she was genuinely invested, not that we were simply another application form in her in-tray, as you can feel with other banks. Yerane answered all our questions and had endless patience for us, we are so glad we are using NZHL for this journey.

We were in a position where we needed to alter what we were doing with our mortgage and Sue helped guide us through this the processes to pay off our mortgage faster. We have had continued contact from Sue and her team over the past 12 months and this is a lot more that we did in the previous 6 years with a NZ bank.
