★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid extra for over night/Saturday delivery.
Via tracking it was ready for collection via courier 7am Saturday morning at depot.
Its still sitting there now on Sunday.
Sunday phones are robots..
May as well have just paid for and waited on standard delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for service. Compare to other companies. Only had a few issues, but corrected. I send a lot of stuff, I never have any issues with NZ POST, but lots of issues with FASTWAY / ARAMEX.
Insurance claims are a hassle, but that is with most companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not delivered on time..paid for overnight but took two days for delivery after 3 phone calls to find out where it was. Given 3 different times to when it was going to be delivered. So frustrating and caused major anxiety ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worse time trying to get my package delivered, constantly told it would be delivered that day or the next after each phone, only to be disappointed and lied too . I even paid for "premium" delivery because I was originally left with a parcel for you card so I booked the next day premium delivery service, since then I have been mucked around, ignored, and lied to multiple times. This is disgusting, they ruined a family members birthday. It's been 10 days now and no effort to contact me or anything, I will continue to ring daily until they resolve thier piss poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 2 weeks for a package to get from Auckland to Wellington and then I get told due to 'contractor issues'I will need to pick it up from the depot. When I get there I am told I can't pick up parcels from the depot even though they can't deliver.
What a shambles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service!!! Item was sent for overnight courier May 1 and should have arrived Monday, May 3. On chase up (on May 4) I was told it would arrive either evening of May 4 or early May 5. Item was required for May 5 and I advised NZ Post of this. They told me an investigation was being actioned. Parcel was not delivered until around 5pm on May 7! This is the second time in the last month where an overnight service has taken 4 days longer. The parcel gets delivered (can see from tracking) but sits at Seaview for 2 + days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't received my package yet. Tracking says it's been delivered, then it says package wasn't able to be delivered, no card left instructing how to get my package. Wellington branch told me it's at the Seaview branch which has no collection option. Shambles!
