β β β β β Ordered something on Monday night that was urgently made and picked up on Tuesday morning. Thursday I contacted Pass the Parcel who said theyβd advised Castle Parcels the item was urgent and would get Thursday. No luck.
I contacted Pass the Parcel again Friday morning and I was assured it would be delivered Friday. I had explained that I needed to make alternative arrangements by Friday afternoon if it wasnβt going to arrive. All of the Online details updated to say the item was on the courierβs truck for delivery. Nope, didnβt turn up.
Now, at 3.20am Iβm awake and stressed because whoever was supposed to deliver a small package, couldnβt be bothered.
Going by the other reviews, this person needs a different job because clearly this one is too bloody hard.

β β β β β Absolute joke. Parcel delivered to another house down the road and called customer service just to be given attitude by the CSR. Worst courier company to deal with.

β β β β β I have had constant issues with my courier driver for the past year, no amount of discussion with post haste wellington has had any effect.
The latest installment is where I had two parcels scanned on board by the driver for 3 days in a row, not delivered. We had to ring them and get the supplier to chase the order.
To make things even worse, while on the phone to post haste (castle parcels) we refreshed the track and trace details, part 1 showed as delivered and signed for by '74'. My name is not 74.. so a 2:07pm signed delivery which I physically received when it was actually delivered at just after 3pm. The driver was combative and dismissive, I asked where the second package was, he stated he didn't care and that it wasn't his problem.
All this went on while a senior manager for our company was present (he was talking to them on the phone trying to locate the package that had been 'delivered')
As a result of this we are now looking at changing courier partners nation wide. Good job!

β β β β β I had another persons parcel delivered, it was addressed correctly, but delivered to the wrong street. I called and went through to Auckland and advised I would drop it to the correct address. Which I did

β β β β β The worst parcel service i ever came across. I was in self isolation, ordered grocery in Yogiji on 28th December, even after 4 days they are not responsive and my parcel is not delivered. Without groceries, cannot prepare any food and i am struggling in quarantine. Even after mentioning my issue they didn't prioritized and delivered the groceries.

β β β β β Wouldnβt recommend as the service is bad (promised 2 days delivery but item has not arrived for more almost than 4 business days now) and no one picked up my calls when I wanted to check the status of my parcel. Completely devastated.

β β β β β Over 3 weeks now to get a parcel from Auckland to Wellington. Been sitting in the Wellington depot for 2 weeks. Castle parcels seem to be more of a storage facility than a courier company. Hafele Nz- please change your courier company! I canβt run a business waiting 3 weeks for supplies.

I have had a few things delivered with Castle Parcels through Mocka and I always put the delivery instructions as placing down the side of the house so people won't see it. Every time they just leave it at the front door. The message is always printed very big and clear next the the address. Not sure why they can't read the instructions. Other companies seem to have no problem with this.
